Effective date: 6 July 2026. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using Stellaverum. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, or by using the Stellaverum website or mobile application (together, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
2. What Stellaverum is
Stellaverum provides astrology, Human Design, numerology, compatibility, astrocartography, and related self-reflection content and tools, delivered through our website and mobile application, including an optional paid subscription (the "Stellaverum Daily"). These Terms apply equally to your use of the website and the mobile application; where a section refers to the "Service," it means both.
3. Entertainment purposes only — use at your own risk
Stellaverum is provided for entertainment, curiosity, and personal reflection only. The charts, readings, daily horoscopes, compatibility analyses, planning tools, and any other information, advice, or suggestions the Service produces are not professional advice of any kind. They are not a substitute for, and must not be relied on in place of, qualified medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, career, or other professional guidance.
You use the advice, planning tools, and information provided by the Service entirely at your own risk. Any decision you make — about your health, relationships, finances, travel or relocation, career, or anything else — based on the Service is your own responsibility. Stellaverum does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, and is not liable for any outcome resulting from your use of it. Astrological and related systems are interpretive traditions, not science.
4. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Birth details you enter are used to generate your charts and readings and are handled per our Privacy Policy. One person, one account; do not impersonate others or misuse another person's birth information without their consent.
5. Website and application usage
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to: (a) copy, scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute the Service's content or data; (b) reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material; or (d) use the Service in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law. Interpretive content, text, designs, and software are the intellectual property of Stellaverum / machine-forge and are licensed to you for personal use only, not owned by you.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid features are offered by subscription. Web purchases are processed by our payment provider; in-app purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play, and later Apple). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store's or payment provider's policy and applicable law. Prices and features may change on notice.
7. Right to refuse or terminate service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone, at our discretion, at any time — including for violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or any conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the Service or other users. Where practical we will give notice, but we are not required to. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
8. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellaverum / machine-forge and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any decision or action you take based on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect (including birth details), how it is used and protected, and your choices, including account and data deletion.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
